Registration is free and open for the two-hour webinar which begins at 10:00 am GMT+8 (10:00 pm EDT). The webinar will feature Dr. Marvin A. Villanueva, Center Chief of DA – Livestock Biotechnology Center (DA-LBC); Dr. Claro N. Mingala, Program Director of DA – National Livestock Program; and Dr. Abraham J. Manalo, Assistant Professor at the University of the Philippines National College of Public Administration and Governance.
